Delivery & Returns

If you receive an item that doesn't align with your personal or company's needs, you can initiate a return process provided the product remains unused and unmarked. Please contact us at pecanstreetstationery@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order to start the return process.
Upon contacting us, we will guide you through the return procedure, which typically involves packaging the item securely and sending it back to us.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility for a refund or exchange, we will promptly process your request.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
